Project 527 Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Project 527!

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind. To start your refund/exchange process, please email us at project527customer@gmail.com and we will send you instructions concerning how and where to send your item. Please note that your refund/exchange must be approved before any further steps are taken.

 

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges​

● Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

● To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Damaged Goods

● Please inspect your goods upon receiving them and contact us immediately if they are damaged or defective.

 

Exempt Goods

The following are exempt from refunds:

● Gift cards

● Pre-ordered items

● Esclusive items

● Personalized items

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

● If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

● If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact project527customer@gmail.com.

Shipping Policy

After placing your order, allow 1-3 business days for processing during the regular season and up to 8 business days during the holidays or major sales. Most items ship from our facilities within 1-3 business days of your order being placed. Unless otherwise stated in the product description or on the top of the web page. If it has been over a week, and you still haven't received notification of shipment, the ordered item may have been a pre-order. Pre-orders can take 8 to 12 business days to

ship. If you are unsure if you ordered a pre-order item, and would like to know where your order is, reach out to us at project527customer@gmail.com. If you put in the wrong address, please contact us immediately!

● There is only a small window where we can change the address on an order.

● Contact us via email with your order # (5 digits), and we will try our hardest to get things sorted out before it is shipped.

● NOTE: We can’t guarantee we can catch the order in time to change the address. Once it has shipped, we cannot change the address. Address errors are the liability of the customer and we cannot offer any refunds because of a wrong address.
